Gesm SpA´s alkaline copper plating bath consists of a cyanide semigloss copper electrolyte. The procedure is characterized by the following features:

This type of plating is crucial for the final quality of the part, as its excellent penetrating and coating power ensures greater resistance to corrosion, especially in cavities and at low current densities.

Gesm SpA´s acid copper plating bath produces extremely glossy and compact copper deposits from an acid electrolyte. It is generally used after the alkaline copper plating to enhance the deposit´s glossiness and coating.

This bath is the product of accurate investigations, studies and lab tests that gave rise to a bath type which is very different from those on the market and its analytic and managerial values are unknown to competitors.

That is why Gesm SpA´s acid copper plating can, even on details that are generally considered part of the static sector, produce a glossy and extremely compact deposit, very similar to a frame. The procedure is characterised by the following features:
