Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Italian Personal Data Protection Code In compliance with the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, art. 13, the Italian personal data protection code, we provide the applicants with the following information. Data processing purpose The personal information, will be used by the person in charge with or without electronic tools and software for researches and for the personnel selection. These data are necessary for the stated purposes and the lack of the same will involve the impossibility to use them. Anyway, all possible sensible data will not be used without a written statement for their processing. Professional categories to whom the data will be communicated The given data, the possible images in the video CV included, will be communicated to all possible subjects within the Staff Management and those who hierarchically and/or organizationally and/or functionally work inside the Company and are responsible for the personnel. The aforesaid data processing may also be carried out, for the specified aims, by physical or juridical persons who provide the holder with specific elaborative services. These subjects are named Persons in charge for the processing and they are properly educated and trained. Data set Data will be kept and used only in the execution of the personnel selection and will be deleted when, after 12 months from their conferring, the person concerned has not been contacted for a first job interview. Rights of the person concerned Candidates are recognized the rights of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Italian Personal Data Protection Code), art. 7 and, in particular, candidates have the right to access their personal data and ask for their correction, updating, and crossing out, if incomplete, incorrect or gathered in breach of the law. Candidates who have valid reasons can also oppose their processing, writing their claims to Gesm SpA. Processing holder The processing holder is GESM SpA, with registered office in Via G.
